Polyester takes less time and effort to use. Coils of polyester weigh only half as much as steel and hold at least twice as much strap. Easier handling, fewer coil changes and less down time.

A small nick or cut in the edge of the polyester strap under tension is less likely to spread across the strap's face, unlike other common types of strap.

Polyester strap, with its main advantages, is significantly lower in cost than steel or nylon. Although polyster is more expensive than polypropylene, it will perform excellently on many applications.
